The Museum of Islamic Art in Doha was given some colour during the Tribeca '09 film festival. Fortunately for my friend and I, it was the last night and the stairs leading up to the museum were blocked off.
It did take a little while to convince the guards to let us stand there for 10mins or so to take some shots. He wasn't happy about it though.
Maybe next time I'll take some shots from the inside.
